About the Author:
Hugh McEvoy is a product manager for Foglight’s application offerings, including Java, .NET, ERP and CRM performance management solutions. His role includes market strategy, technical strategy and setting development priorities. Hugh has been with Quest Software since 1999. Before joining Quest Software, Hugh was a technical consultant in ParcPlace-Digitalk, one of the pioneers of object-oriented (OO) software technology, Smalltalk and Java. There, he managed a number of large-scale OO development projects. Hugh holds a Ph.D. in computer science, awarded by the University of Amsterdam in 1997, and a M.Sc. in computer science from Imperial College, London, awarded in 1993.
